Meet the teacher
Hi! My name is Michelle Abraham. I have been teaching 2nd grade at Copper Creek since the Fall of 2003. Before teaching at Copper Creek, I taught first grade for three years in Maryland while my husband was in the Air Force. I received my Bachelor's Degree from ASU in December 1999. I just recently finished my Master's Degree in Elementary Education, which included my Reading Endorsment, from NAU in June of 2008.
I have been married for ten years to my husband Roger. We have three crazy and wonderful children. Brittany is a freshmen at GCC. She is currently taking her prerequisites to become dual certified in Special and Elementary Education. Marni is a fourth grade student at Copper Creek. She loves to write and draw. Kohlten is in second grade at Copper Creek. He is always full of energy and loves to play all sports. We also have one dog, Danny Boy, that we rescued three years ago from the Golden Retriever Rescue.
